Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will terminate their access and delete any associated data.

3. Description of the Service

Doomed.com uses artificial intelligence to analyze publicly available professional profiles, resumes, company names, industries, countries, and organizations, and generates a “doom score” estimating susceptibility to AI disruption. The Service includes:

• AI-powered doom analysis of careers, companies, industries, countries, and organizations
• Shareable results pages with scores, breakdowns, and dynamically generated social sharing images
• A public leaderboard ranking the highest doom scores across all analyses
• Percentile rankings showing how your doom score compares to others
• A Doom Challenge feature allowing users to share analyses with friends
• An AI Job Losses tracker aggregating publicly reported AI-related workforce reduction data
• Optional LinkedIn sign-in for streamlined profile analysis
• An optional email newsletter

4. Not Professional Advice

Doom scores and all analysis content are generated by AI for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be interpreted as career advice, employment advice, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional recommendation.

AI-generated analyses may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You should not make career, employment, investment, financial, or other significant life decisions based solely on doom scores or any other output of the Service. We strongly encourage you to consult qualified professionals before making such decisions.

5. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Submit another person's data with the intent to harm, embarrass, or discriminate against them
• Use doom scores in hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other programmatic means to access the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model, prompts, or proprietary algorithms used by the Service
• Submit harmful, malicious, illegal, or deliberately misleading content
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate another person or entity when using the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit doom analyses in bulk without our written consent
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard through fake or spam analyses

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to the Service (LinkedIn URLs, profile text, CVs, or free-text input), you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit the content
• The content does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights
• If you submit another person's publicly available LinkedIn profile, you do so in good faith and not for the purpose of harassment or discrimination

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your submitted content and the resulting analysis as necessary to operate and improve the Service. This includes displaying results on the public leaderboard and in dynamically generated social sharing images.

7. Generated Content, Sharing, and the Leaderboard

Doom analyses generate a unique URL that can be shared publicly. By generating an analysis, you acknowledge that:

• Anyone with the link can view the results page, including the score, category, tagline, breakdown, profile name, and profile photo (if available)
• Your analysis may appear on the public leaderboard, which ranks the top doom scores and is visible to all visitors
• A percentile ranking comparing your score to all other analyses may be displayed on your results page
• Social sharing images are generated dynamically and may include your doom score, name, and category

You are free to share your doom reports on social media, in messages, or elsewhere. When sharing analyses of other people, you are responsible for doing so respectfully and in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Doom Challenge Feature

The Doom Challenge feature allows you to share an analysis link with another person. By using this feature, you acknowledge that the recipient will be able to view the full analysis results. The challenge feature stores the sender's name and profile information alongside the challenge record.

9. LinkedIn Sign-In

The Service offers optional sign-in via LinkedIn OAuth (OpenID Connect). By signing in, you authorize LinkedIn to share your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) with us. We store this data in an encrypted session cookie on your device and use it to streamline the analysis process. You can end your session at any time by clearing your browser cookies or signing out. We do not post to LinkedIn, access your connections, or modify your LinkedIn profile in any way.

10. AI Job Losses Tracker

The AI Job Losses tracker presents aggregated data about publicly reported AI-related workforce reductions. This data is compiled from public news sources and company announcements. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or precision of this data. The tracker is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment, employment, or other decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Doomed.com name, logo, visual design, source code, AI prompts, scoring methodology, and all related intellectual property are owned by Reflective Investments L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. The generated doom analysis is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial sharing.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (for AI analysis), Railway (for hosting and database), Plausible (for privacy-focused analytics), and LinkedIn (for optional OAuth sign-in). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

Doomed.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn, Microsoft, Anthropic, or any other third-party company mentioned on the Site.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) doom scores or analyses will be accurate, complete, or reliable; (c) the AI Job Losses tracker data is accurate or complete; (d) leaderboard rankings are accurate or tamper-proof; (e) any defects will be corrected; or (f) the Service will meet your expectations.

AI-generated content may contain hallucinations, factual errors, biases, or misleading information. You acknowledge this inherent limitation of AI systems and agree to evaluate all output critically.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reflective Investments L.L.C-FZ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any decisions made based on doom scores, analyses, leaderboard rankings, or percentile data; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (d) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or (e) any other matter relating to the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of fifty US dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paranoid Capital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) content you submit to the Service.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, these Terms survive to the extent they relate to actions taken before termination, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, including the rules and regulations of the Meydan Free Zone, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reflective Investments L.L.C-FZ regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

21. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
